  2. Detailed Description: A clear explanation of the problem, including any error messages or screenshots.
  3. Current Status: Did the plugin work before and stop, or is it a new installation that has never worked?
  4. Settings Screenshot: A screenshot of the plugin's settings page.
  5. Activation Page Screenshot: A screenshot of the plugin's activation page (see Licensing for more info).
  6. Error Logs: Any errors recorded in the plugin's log file (see Logging for instructions).

Pro-tip: Check your logs Often, you can solve the problem yourself by looking at the logs. For example, a log entry like "Payment not allowed, please contact [email protected]" clearly indicates that payments are disabled for your account and you need to contact the bank.

If we need access to your WordPress admin panel, do not send us your username or password.

Instead, use the Temporary Login Without Password plugin to generate a secure, temporary login link and share only that link with us.
